About Plant Based Life
Welcome to Plant Based life! I wanted to create a book and a community where I could share my Plant Based lifestyle with all of you who have been asking. I've been a living a completely vegan, plant based lifestyle for the last 8 almost 9 years and wanted to share my abundant, incredible, delicious plant based food I eat to nourish my mind, body and soul and ultimately lead me to create something I am truly passionate about.
This incredible journey has led me here, sharing with you and set me off to forge a new path, constantly learning and studying and gaining an Advanced Diploma in Principles of Nutrition and received her Plant-Based Nutrition Certificate, Completed (November, 2017), T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies and eCornell.
I find eating a whole food, plant based diet that I am not only eating until my heart is content, but I am eating mindfully too. I have found this act of conscious eating to be very soul filling as well as nourishing my physical body.
For me, eating Plant based allows me to be a conscious consumer and try to create as less of an impact to our beautiful Earth, the oceans and our animal friends. I made a decision a long time ago after making the connection of what our fellow earthlings endure, how they suffer and how it affects us all to live as kind as possible in this world given the circumstances.
Being a passionate green foodie, veggie cook and vegan Mum to my son River, I wanted to create a safe community and share some of my favorite recipes, what inspires me to live Plant Based and show it has nourished my body & soul, Plant based nutrition info and more. I have also shared some other information that I have learned in my studies as a Nutritional Advisor and Wellness advocate that has truly helped me when I was first transitioning all that time ago.
It has been the most positive, rewarding change I have ever made in the most beautiful way and I hope sharing my journey brings inspiration to yours.
