½ cup cashews, soaked in boiling water for 2 hours
2 cloves of garlic
1 TBS Dijon mustard
2 TBS lemon juiced
2 TBS olive oil
¼ - ½ cup water as needed
¼ tsp salt
Add all ingredients except the water into a blender & blitz.
Add the water as needed for a thinner / smoother consistency.
